Tara is the backbone of Solid Ground, bringing her finance and operations expertise to the business full-time three years ago. A respected leader in the outdoor living industry, she has been featured on the Women in the Industry Panel, championing innovation and professionalism. Beyond running the company, Tara is a proud wife, mom, and grandma, balancing her passion for business with her love for family.
Tommy Holstein
Sales & Design
Tommy Holstein brings over 30 years of hands-on carpentry experience and a genuine passion for outdoor living to every project he touches. Known for his ability to truly listen to homeowners, Tommy excels at turning ideas into thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces that reflect how families live and gather. From luxury decks to poolside retreats and fully integrated patios, his eye for design and deep product knowledge help clients feel confident from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. Outside of work, Tommy values time with family and proudly embraces his favorite role yet, being promoted from dad to grandpa, taking special pride in creating spaces where memories are made.
